Use of the service

Business Revenue Recovery provides software tools designed to help businesses review authorized financial and commercial records for potential recoverable revenue.

7-Day Demo and subscriptions

New eligible accounts may receive a 7-Day Demo that begins after successful email verification. The demo currently includes up to five document analyses and up to three recovery cases. A payment method is not required to begin the demo.

Demo access ends when the seven-day period expires or applicable usage limits are reached. Existing findings and history may remain available for review, while new analyses and subscriber-only features require an active subscription.

Paid access is currently offered at $99 USD per month, unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. Payment processing is provided by our payment service provider.

Subscriber-only features

Certain features, including accounting-data import and team-access controls, may be limited to active subscribers. Feature availability may change as the service develops.

Authorized information only

You may upload only records that you are authorized to access and process. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you submit.

Analysis is not a guarantee

Findings generated by Revenue Recovery AI represent potential recovery opportunities. They may require additional review and do not guarantee that money is owed, collectible, or recoverable.

Human approval

Users remain responsible for reviewing findings, confirming supporting evidence, and approving any communication or recovery action.

Acceptable use

The service must not be used to access information without authorization, impersonate another party, misrepresent amounts owed, harass customers, or conduct unlawful collection activity.

Account security

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Service availability

We work to maintain a reliable service, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security reasons, or other operational needs.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product and business develop. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
